Prior to international consulting , Alan successfully and progressively performed in CEO , Financial Controller, General Management, Corporate Development and Business Development positions, driving growth & efficiencies, minimizing risk and building sustainable enterprise value.
Alan has carried out many successful assignments here are some notables:
- Advised the Board of Merck Pharmaceuticals USA on developing proactive governance procedures and cost optimisation
- Advised Ford USA on its Ford 2000 global strategic supply chain implementation and Ford tier one suppliers on growth strategies
- Directed UK Dept. of Trade & Industry on foreign direct investment & economic development strategy
- Advised South African and New Zealand Governments on foreign investment strategy
- Acted as board director of a number of Private companies

Liz is an internationally recognised thought leader in information technology and strategic technology applications.
Liz has held senior executive positions with local and international multi-national companies. Most recently she was the Chief Information Officer of a $4billlion diversified industrial services multi-national, where she developed strategies which maximised the utility of IT investments to provide agile technology solutions & services, supporting rapid and dynamic growth. Prior to this, Liz has a successful track record in program & project management, organisational change management, and business process improvement. Liz holds a MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, USA, an undergraduate degree in Corporate Governance, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society

Nigel Wilcock - Managing Director of Mickledore
Mickledore is an economic development organisation made up of a number of leading practitioners in their fields with considerable expertise covering the complete field of economic development and has carried out many successful projects on:

- Provision of detailed situation analysis such as economic baseline reports

Nigel has 20 years experience in regeneration and economic development and was previously Regional Development Director for Ernst & Young. Prior to Ernst & Young, Nigel worked for the North West Development Agency and Deloitte. Nigel is a graduate economist and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing as well as the Institute of Economic Development. His experience is in leading large scale regeneration and economic development projects and he has done this both nationally and internationally. In the UK he has worked on assignments for every RDA as well as national and local government. Nigel has a particular specialism in European State Aid and also advises corporate clients on public sector funding opportunities.
